WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER? HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?
Please refer to our size kits and size guide in the menu. You can purchase a Nail Size Kit to get your perfect measurements. I do recommend buying a nail size kit in the specific shape and length of the nais you are wanting to purchase.
WHAT IF MY SIZES ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE PRE-SET SIZES LISTED?
No trouble at all! So, once you have discovered your sizes, please select "custom" in the size bubble Then, BE SURE TO LIST YOUR SIZES (thumb to pinky, left to right) in the "Custom Nail Size" text box before checking out. Handmade sets are made to order, and it is not recommended you file to change the shape, sizing varies by small increments, so you should be able to find your perfect fit.
HOW LONG WILL MY NAILS LAST?
Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, your choice of adhesive, and your daily use. The key to longer wear time is prepping your nails with the supplies included and avoiding long term exposure to water and manual labor. It is not unusual to pop gems but take care when wearing your delicate art. Nails are not tools.
Double sided gel tabs hold anywhere from 1-3 days and are perfect for temporary wear and special occasions.
With glue, your nails can last anywhere up to 2 weeks or longer! Never continue to wear nails that are lifting as it can become a source for bacteria to breed. Remove lifting nails, then clean and dry before reapplying nails.
Bling nails or nails with 3D designs are delicate, so take extra care when wearing.
ARE THE NAILS REUSABLE?
YES! All handmade nails are reusable. Because your nails are made with salon products, they are strong and durable and will even stand up to hairspray and sunscreen!
WHEN USING DOUBLE SIDED GEL TAB ADHESIVES, nails can be reused over and over. Simply clean off the used adhesive tabs from the backside of the nails.
WHEN USING GLUE, use the included nail removal, which is the cuticle stick, to help remove the nails after you have soaked your nails. SEE HOW TO APPLY/HOW TO REMOVE in the menu for complete instructions. Once removed, you will want to softly file away any excessive glue from the underside of the false nail so the next application will lie smoothly.
With proper care of your kiss my polish nails, you can wear and reuse multiple times! Keep your nails safe in the beautiful box and adhesive strip provided.
CAN I ORDER IN A DIFFERENT COLOR OR SIZE? DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?
YES, and YES! You can find that option on my home page or in the menu.
CUSTOM SIZE- No additional fee, if you're wanting one of my designs, but in a different color or want to add/remove any bling, just enter your nail sizes as well as the color/colors and with or without bling in the Custom Nail size bubble at time of purchase. NO EXTRA FEE to change colors, remove bling, or add your custom size
CUSTOM DESIGN- If you don't see a design you are interested in, or if you have a specific design idea not shown, fill out the contact form and we will design you the perfect set Visit Custom Design in the menu or on the home page and follow the instructions there. Be sure to EMAIL me BEFORE adding to cart. Once we discuss the design you would like, I will then send you an invoice for payment.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY NAILS IN THE MAIL?
Processing for each item varies however most handmade sets are listed at 3-4 weeks. I try to expedite basic collection sets when purchased separately. (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays.) Orders placed after 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time will be received in my studio the following business day.
Your custom nails are hand made to order and processed in the order received. I may have around 100 nail sets to complete, before I arrive at your order in my queue. So if you need your nail set for a specific event, I would suggest placing your order in advance.
Also, consider purchasing a set from my Ready To Ship line. These sets are "off the rack" so to speak and are pre-made & offered in a 10-piece set including prep kit. I aim to ship next day!

UH-OH! MY NAILS DON'T FIT!
I am not responsible if the wrong size is ordered. So, it is important to read the policies, sizing information, and measure carefully before ordering. I also offer Nail Size Kits in my shop to help you find the perfect fit.
