Policy and Returns

                                                          RETURNS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS. All press on nails is handmade and made to order based on your nail sizes, therefor, there are NO refunds, UNLESS there is a mistake on my part, such as you received the wrong product. We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or late delivery, once it is given to USPS, it is in their hands. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with its original packaging. You will also need the receipt of proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at kissmypolish@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, you must pay for your own return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

                                                       POLICY:

I work hard to make and dispatch single orders within 1-5 days. If purchase multiple sets, it may add time to the processing. Once your order has been handed over to USPS, it is in their hands. Every set of press on nails are free hand painted, this means there be slight variation from pictures shown. Please note that different designs may also vary on each shape/length of your chosen nail. As well, artificial lighting can sometimes make colors appear differently than day light, since i use ring light for most of my photos, please be aware of this beforehand. Also, not all shapes/lengths are available for each design. Some designs are created with certain shapes/lengths in mind. If you would like different color combinations, or want to add/remove gems or rhinestones, please note that in the box you write your custom size in. Please feel free to tag me in your nailfies, i want you to be just as happy with your nails as i am creating them. I will also display your tags here on the website!
